I live in an apartment and will need to take this off the existing wall tile I'd be covering over. Does this come off without damaging tile underneath and is grouting necessary. If I do grout, does it come in contact with the surface behind it? Overall, can this be used as a temporary solution to pretty up an apartment kitchen?
