The tiles doesn't need to be sealed since it is a glazed porcelain tile with close to zero water absorption. For the grout, if you are installing the tiles with 1/8 or greater grout join, it is recommended to use a sanded grout or epoxy based grout so it won't crack over time. For anything smaller than 1/8'', you may use unsanded grout.
