Disclaimer about Honed and Matte Finish Tiles: It is not always possible to achieve a 100% matte/no reflection finish on a surface such as glazed porcelain. Depending on the production batch, the final result is a finish between matte and polished.
We highly recommend ordering sample swatches before making a large order. We will not accept any claim or pay for return shipping costs due to the tile's finish not being acceptable to a customer who has not previously ordered a sample of the same product.

You can find our complete return/refund policy here. Still, in a nutshell, you may return any new, unused item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. No questions asked!

We will handle the return pick-up and provide you with prepaid return shipping labels. However, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, which we will deduct from the refund.
We will inform you of the shipping cost before processing your return. You can decide whether to ship your return using our carrier-negotiated rate or on your own.
We will deduct a maximum restocking fee of up to 10% from your refund. Still, we can waive the fee if you purchase substitute products of equal or greater value.
All sample orders, including swatches and single whole sheets, are considered final sales and non-refundable.
