Because shade variation is inherent in all fired products such as glass, ceramic, and porcelain tiles we highly recommend ordering samples before a major purchase if you haven't seen the product yet.

Also, what you see on your computer or mobile device screen may not represent the product in real life due to your screen settings such as brightness, contrast, and temperature.

We send whole-piece samples for subway tiles and other field tiles, including, but not limited to, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, 3x12, 4x16, etc.

When comes to mosaic tiles, it depends. The swatch varies from 3''x3'' to 4''x12''. The idea is that a sample swatch must represent the product's colors, finishes, and sizes.

A solid color tile, such as a blue mosaic tile, will be represented well by a small 4''x4'' swatch.

For some items, such as an interlocking mosaic tile that mixes different materials and has multiple colors, its sample swatch will be more significant, such as a 3''x12''.

You can order as many items as you want. However, there is a quantity limit of 2 samples per item.

If you need more than two samples of a given item, please contact us.

Please bear in mind that orders of 6+ samples may take longer to prepare and ship.

Samples start at U$2.95 each. We offer sample swatches for most of our tiles, but some are not provided samples due to their complexity in design or size.

The $25 coupon is sent via email after you place a sample order. Also, it is sent inside of your package as a coupon card.

We encourage you to "whitelist" support@mineraltiles.com by adding it to your contacts list in your email provider's settings to avoid your coupon code going to your spam.

We ship to the US contiguous States, DC, Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Sample Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Transit time varies by your location, but usually it takes from 1-6 business days to the USA, and 3-6 business days to Canada. You may check our transit time map.
