Disclaimer about Honed and Matte Finish Tiles: It is not always possible to achieve a 100% matte/no reflection finish on a surface such as glazed porcelain. Depending on the production batch, the final result is a finish between matte and semi-glossy.
We highly recommend ordering sample swatches before making a large order. We will not accept any claim or pay for return shipping costs if the tile's finish is not acceptable to a customer who has not previously ordered a sample of the same product.
